170: Rose on the Cove Site Works

Shortly after the completion of Work 144, the Owner acquired the neighbouring property. Designed in conjunction with Landscape Designer, Joel Loblaw, Inc., this work responds to the original by using the raised lawn court of Work 144 in the inverse, and creating a sunken court surrounded by a weathering steel and stone wall, terminating in a planted concrete patio adjacent to the tennis court.

The Ipe gate that was built at the entrance off the side road will be relocated to the new entrance at this property.
