218: Ahead by (Almost) a Century

Nestled in a wooded neighbourhood, this 1950s bungalow is characteristically both spacious and intimate. The objective with this work is to recognize the existing spatial and formal conditions of the house — to give over to the primary moves the building already makes — and then to let humble additive components emerge from that shell.
