Cottage in the Shade

At the end of a winding road along the water's edge, this cottage becomes its terminus.  The building is comprised of a series of horizontal spaces beneath a singular bent roof; the centre spaces rises with the roof to its apex, allowing for passive ventilation while reaching to the sun and welcoming the light into the core.
