194: Acropolis Grey

In the Ontario woods is a small, square cabin largely defined by its strong, symmetrical, cruciform gable roof.  This Work reinvigorates the interior with new millwork and minor layout changes, while adding a square Sunroom to the West side.  The Sunroom inverts the roof typology, sitting beneath a tilted and elongated butterfly roof.  Douglas Fir framing is exposed on the interior, intended to recall the boat-making past of the property, while its top is planted with a green roof.
